  • Securities and Exchange Commission

    In addition to building a management consulting practice, training and best practices, I designed and managed a team of 21 consultants in a successful BPR implementation at the Securities and Exchange Commission. The team delivered over $6 million in realized savings and agency-wide risk controls. 

  • US Air Force Global Logistics Supply Chain

    Working with a team of subcontractor Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), I assisted Air Force supply chain planners and forecasters to improve forecast accuracy. Our combined SME and client team reduced outlier forecasts from 81% to 44%. Our team left sustainable process improvements in the hands of new multi-disciplined, collaborative client team dedicated to forecast improvement.

  • US Naval Air Systems Command

    As Strategic Advisor, I worked with command to improve strategic capabilities of 17 command Master Black Belts. Utilizing blended skills assessments and coaching, the team improved strategic skills by 51%. I implemented a program for sustained strategic improvement and self-sufficiency.

  • US Postal Service Processing Operations

    As Deployment AdvisorI organized project strategy, coaching leadership and mentoring for active belts to enhance results. I managed 20+ belts across continental US while managing strategic project selection with leadership to sponsor results. I also led requirements assessment project that evaluated IT financial processes to determine Sarbanes Oxley compliance remediation activities

  • State of Hawaii and Pacific Government Agencies

    I worked pro bono projects and Capability Management instruction for multiple agencies in the Pacific Theater, including hosting and organizing two LSS best practices symposiums on Oahu for for the state of Hawaii and Department of Defense.

  • US Army Pacific

    I worked as an embedded CPI Deployment Advisor, Trainer and Strategist for United States Army Pacific theater in the Army’s G8 office where we validated $179 million in benefits. I coached 6 Master Black Belts, 45 Black Belts, and 123 Green Belts. While I advised command leadership on Lean Six Sigma strategy and execution, my best achievement was that Icreated self-sustaining improvement programs in Hawaii, Alaska and Japan.

  • Seagate Technologies

    I worked as a certified Black Belt and Lean Master in Seagate's Global Information Technology group, completing 9 Six Sigma projects and 2 Lean Master projects with benefits exceeding $3million. I also taught Theory of Constraints, Green Belt and Black Belt and Lean Master classes. 

  • Audio / Video Systems Engineer

    Building on my 10 years of work in Radio and TV, I have worked pro bono with a number of churches to enhance and improve their audio and video systems. Leveraging existing equipment where possible, and purposefully buying equipment when needed, I have improved systems for multiple churches in Oklahoma, Missouri, Minnesota, Hawaii and Virginia. Before leaving, I fully documented the new system, created instructions on its use and trained the church staff (usually volunteers) to operate it effectively.

For me, accomplishments are more than just a listing of activities, they are indicators of the type of attitude I have towards my work and my clients.

My clients often become my friends and I take a personal interest in their success.
