Services

I specialize in a number of services that are related to Continuous Improvement and Program Realization. Through trusted relationships, analysis and teamwork I help people have confidence in their decisions and achieve greater results.

  • Consulting

I believe a consultant's job is temporary. My job is to make you successful and enable you to sustain that success by yourself. We will clearly identify the criteria for my exit or transition to other work. Nothing defines my success better than your success. • Strategy

There can be a lot of confusion and even mystery about strategy consulting. In fact, I often find that strategy execution is the problem, not direction or the goals established by strategic leadership.  I subscribe to the idea that simplicity is best when tempered by clear communication and regular leadership involvement. Take a look at my approach by clicking on the title above.
  • Change

I have intentionally titled this section "Change" instead of "Change Management" because I believe "Change" is a verb and "Change Management" is a misnomer. Large scale change is often a sloppy, unpredictable, hard-fought battle for incremental results. Because of this, I promote change methods that are adaptable, measurable and focused. See some of my thoughts on change by clicking on the title above.
  • Worship Audio / Video Technology

This is more of a passion than a career interest. After working as a professional broadcast engineer, I have applied that experience and interest to help churches improve their worship assemblies. Many small churches with limited budgets can purchase some equipment but find themselves confused by advisors with an "agenda" to sell. Often, large church installations are so poorly installed or complicated that their worship is a mess.

If you find it hard to understand the words despite the fact that it is loud, you are not alone. Volume is not equivalent to quality. Click on the title above to see what I have done in the past. Contact me if you want to find out how I can help your congregation.
